Self-discipline:自律
Self-disciplined：形容詞後面加d. 比如She is very self-disciplined.
Discipline: 既是動詞也是名詞。
意思是紀律、規則、管教（動詞）。做動詞使用時，常用的搭配是父母管教孩子。 All parents discipline their kids. But people do it in different ways.
如何形容不同程度的自律？
