No one likes pollution. We don’t want dirty water or dirty air. We don’t want trash all over the ground. We have to take care of the Earth. We have to keep it clean. Earth Day reminds people of that. Each year, people celebrate Earth Day on April 22. People in 193 countries have events on that day. On Earth Day, we think about the Earth and our environment.

沒有人喜歡污染。我們不要骯髒的水或者髒空氣，我們不要滿地的垃圾，我們必須照顧地球，我們必需保持地球潔淨。地球日提醒眾人這一點。每一年，大家都在4月22日慶祝地球日，193個國家的人民都會在這一天舉辦活動。在地球日當天，我們關注地球和我們的環境。

On Earth Day, people clean up their towns and roads. They think of ways to "go green." They recycle, so there is less waste. Each Earth Day has a theme. The theme for Earth Day 2019 is Protect Our Species. Some animals are in danger. There are fewer and fewer elephants and tigers each year. Theymay disappear from the Earth. Earth Day 2019 makes people aware of this problem. Everyone should work together to save species around the world.
