When you are depressed, you feel bad, and everything seems bad.

But remember that everything can be different tomorrow.
If you couldn't do something today, you have a chance to try again tomorrow.
Accept that some days will be difficult and some days will be great.
Try to look forward to tomorrow's fresh start.

When you feel depressed, do something you love, something that's relaxing.
It could be painting, biking or hiking.
These activities can help lift your mood and energy.
When you are depressed, you may want to spend time by yourself.
Don't do that. Spend time with friends and family.

你在沮喪的時候,會懷有負的心情,於是一切看起來也就都顯得負面。
不過,別忘了明天一切都有可能變得不一樣。
如果你今天沒辦法做某件事,那麼明天你還是有機會可以再試一次。
接受這項事實:有些日子過起來會很辛苦,有些日子則是會很美好。
試著期待明天的重新出發。
你如果感到沮喪,就做些你喜歡的事情,做些讓你覺得放鬆的事情。
這樣的事情可能是畫畫、騎自行車,或者踏青健行。
這些活動有助於提振你的心情和精力。
你如果覺得沮喪,可能會想要獨處。
不要這樣,要多和朋友還有家人共度時光。

>> But sometimes I am very unhappy.但有時我很不開心。

Conversation A  (in the office)

Megan: Hi, Geg. What are you working on?
Greg: A report for people who
are depressed.
Megan: Is the report trying to help them?
Greg: Yes. When you're depressed you
feel bad and nothing seems right.
Megan: That's right. I get depressed sometimes.
Greg: You're not depressed very often, are you?
Megan: No, not often.

I accept that some days will be bad and others will be good.

會話A(在辦公室)
梅根:嗨,葛瑞格,你在做什麼?
葛瑞格:我在為心情喪的人寫一篇報導。
梅根:這篇報導是要幫助他們嗎?
葛瑞格:是啊。
人在沮喪的時候,就會懷有負面的心情,於是一切看起來都不對。
梅根:沒錯,我有時候會心情沮丧。
葛瑞格:妳不會常常覺得沮喪吧,會嗎?
梅根:不會,不是很常。
我接受日子本來就會有好有壞這樣的事實。

 

Conversation B

Greg: And remember if you couldn't do something today, you have a chance to try again tomorrow.
Megan: Right.
Look forward to tomorrow's fresh start.
Greg: When you're depressed, do something that is relaxing.
Megan: Like biking or drawing or playing the piano.
Greg: Yes,
those activities lift your mood and energy.
Megan: And don't be by yourself too much. Spend time with friends and family.
Greg: Good advice.

葛瑞格:而且要記住,如果今天沒辦法做某一件事情,
           明天還是有機會可以再試一次

梅根:沒錯,要對明天的重新出發抱持期待。

葛瑞格:妳如果心情喪,就做些讓妳放鬆的事情。

梅根:例如騎自行車、畫畫,或者彈鋼琴。

葛瑞格:沒錯,這些活動能夠提振妳的心情和精力。

梅根:也不要都是自己一個人獨處,
        要多和朋友還有家人相處。
葛瑞格:這個建議不錯
